Ingredients
Method
- Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, tarragon, chives, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and MSG (if using) in a food processor or blender. Pulse until the mixture is completely smooth and vibrant green, which may take a minute or two longer than you expect. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then pulse once more to combine.
- Transfer the dressing to a bowl or jar, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Before serving, stir or shake well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute the sour cream with a plant-based alternative like cashew cream. If you don't have Meyer lemons, regular lemons work perfectly. MSG is optional but enhances the savory depth; omit if preferred. This dressing thickens as it chills, so if it becomes too thick, thin with a splash of buttermilk or water. Serve over crisp romaine, as a dip for crudités, or drizzled on grilled vegetables.
