Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each chicken piece completely in panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd it.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. While the chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to create the sauce.
  6. Once cooked and crispy, drizzle the sauce over the chicken or toss to coat before serving.
