Method
- Season the chicken.
- Sear the chicken, then remove it.
- Sauté the garlic in butter.
- Add the broth and cream.
- Stir in the Parmesan.
- Add the spinach to wilt.
- Return the chicken and finish cooking.

Ingredient Swap: I've often used boneless, skinless chicken thighs when I'm out of breasts, and they turn out incredibly tender and flavorful, sometimes even more so.
