- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Place the chicken bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy the Honey Sriracha Chicken Bites.

Ingredient Swap: I've found that if you prefer, boneless, skinless chicken thighs work beautifully here, they stay incredibly juicy even if you accidentally overcook them a tiny bit.
