Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until well coated with the sauce.
  4. Place the chicken bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
