Method
- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok. Sauté garlic until golden.
- Add chili flakes, onions, and vegetables. Stir-fry on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the boiled noodles and all sauces. Toss well to coat.
- Season with salt and sugar. Mix evenly and cook for 2 additional minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
