- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces. Add chicken, onion, and garlic to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour in 3/4 of the sauce and toss to coat. Arrange chicken flat on the bottom of the dish; onion and garlic may be on top. Brush remaining marinade over the chicken. Optionally, cover and marinate, or tightly cover with aluminum foil and bake immediately. Roast covered for 45 minutes, then remove cover and continue cooking for 15 minutes. If desired, broil for 2 minutes to achieve a golden color. Serve chicken with pan juices.
