- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and brown each side for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, and butter.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken in the pan, then add water.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Uncover and cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce. Serve the chicken with the sauce.
