Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard (a grainy one)
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 5 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ cup water

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and brown each side for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, and butter.
  3. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken in the pan, then add water.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Uncover and cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce. Serve the chicken with the sauce.
