Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 16 oz gnocchi fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sear chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Fold in the gnocchi and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer, scraping up flavorful bits from the pan.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
