Notes

For a milder version, remove all seeds and membranes from the habanero. Wear gloves when handling habaneros to avoid skin irritation. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; drain excess liquid before serving. This salsa is excellent on tacos, grilled meats, or as a dip with tortilla chips. Make ahead to let the flavors meld, but add the cilantro just before serving for maximum freshness.
